Do we have d right to judge others?

BismiLLahirrahmanirrahim..

Just a quick update for today~

Case 1

We are discussing about a 22 year-old Indian lady presented with nausea & vomiting. One of differential diagnosis could be due to pregnancy

Dr Yeow: Is she pregnant?
X: No, because she’s not married yet
Dr Yeow: (Smile) How do you know ppl who r not married yet can’t get pregnant?
X: I don’t think she..(Confused smiling face because she can’t finish the sentence)
Dr Yeow: That’s personal judge!

Case 2

During ward round this morning, I’ve heard something which makes me ponder...

Nurse: How longer do you want to stay here? I think you could be able to start working now. For your information, everything needs to be paid. One X ray will cost about RM 160. You haven’t paid RM 400 for the deposit yet. Please find the money as soon as possible.
Patient: (she nodded her head slowly)

When I opened the case file, it stated that the patient is an Indonesian worker who works at factory in Penang.

---

Ok, sebenarnya xde ape pn yg menarik ttg dua kisah di atas ni. Cuma apa yg ingin sy ‘highlight’ kn adalah ‘personal judgement’.

Kte selalu dgr ayat, ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. To be a ‘non judgemental’ person is impossible.

Nota kaki:

Wallahua’lam~

thanks kak ika 4 d comment..hmm, medicine mengajar kte utk mengenali manusia dgn lebih dekat..smga kte bukan shj merawat fizikal, ttp rohani pesakit apabila dh bergelar Dr nnti..insya-Allah..=)
